How to Pass a Skill Assessment
Note: Prior to taking a skills test, you must publish a Gig.- Select "Profile" from your profile image.
- Click Take a Test on your profile page to begin (located on the left panel).
- Pick the skill test you want to take from the category drop-down list.
- Reminder: A Skill Test can also be located using the search function.
- After reading the directions carefully, click Start Test.
- The relevant skills associated with the test you took will be recorded as validated if you pass it (with a green checkmark).

How to repass a Skill Assessment
- Select "Profile" from your profile image.
- Click Retake Test on the left side of your profile page, then choose the talent you want to validate.
FAQs about Skill Test
1. How can I prove my abilities?
- Click Take a Test, then choose the talent you want to validate.
- You will have 40 questions to answer, and you have a 40-minute time limit.
- A grade and an explanation of your responses will be given to you.
- After it has been verified, you may choose to either show it in your profile or hide it.
2. How frequently am I able to take a skills test?
- Retakes of tests require a one-day turnaround time.
- Only two test attempts are permitted every three months.
3. Am I required to take exams?
- You won't often be required to take an exam. However, in order to assist you win the trust of buyers, we strongly advise undergoing skill tests.
4. Which web browser should I employ to take the test?
- Internet Explorer 11.0 or later, Mozilla Firefox 45.0 or later, or Google Chrome 48 or later are the recommended browsers for viewing this test.
5. What information is available about the grade?
How the system of grades operates:
- . You must correctly answer between 60% and 80% of the questions in order to pass the talent test.
- Your percentile is calculated on the basis of test-takers' scores and is dynamic.
- The length of time it takes you to finish the exam is recorded.
6. What will consumers see?
Unless you opt to hide your score, buyers will be able to see your test results.
To cover up your test result:
- Go to your profile by clicking it, then select the exam you want to hide.
- Your test results can be enabled or disabled by clicking Show on My Profile.
